Do log tables size, db metrics - avoid concurrency, check stale readers hourly (#2216) 

* add table size logs and metrics

* log stale readers

* - don't collect db metrics in background
- do check stale readers once an hour

* execution to update metrics when print logs

* hide file exists err

* hide file exists err
